"Very poor communication and professionalism. I called this agent at least eight times with no response. When I finally reached her, she refused to show me the property because I didn’t have a buyer’s agent — even after I explained that I was a cash buyer ready to make an offer and that the seller wouldn’t have to pay any buyer agent commission.About a month later, I received a postcard saying the home was sold, but the property is still active on the market and was only pending before. This is confusing and misleading. A professional agent should know the difference between “sold” and “back on the market.” Very disappointing experience for a serious buyer."

"Kim made the home buying process seamless for us! We were not in a rush to find a house just yet, and she was patient as we looked at houses just to get a feel for what we wanted and did not want. When we found our home on the third property visited, she was quick to walk us through the process of putting in an offer. Kim was incredibly patient with us as we asked many many questions being first-time homebuyers.
